Terms of Service

By downloading, registering for, or using the Pavumo desktop app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service

Pavumo is a desktop companion application offering customizable characters that keep you company while you study, work, and build routines. Some characters are free; others are paid unlocks

You register with an email or phone number and a password; the desktop app and website share the same account

You're responsible for keeping your password private and for the activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact hello@ai-sophie.com right away

Buying a character grants you a personal license to use that character in Pavumo under your account. Characters are tied to your account and aren't transferable to another account

Characters are digital goods delivered instantly on purchase (or on successful redemption of a code). See our Refund Policy for how refunds work

Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller, is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through Pavumo and handles checkout, invoicing, and payment processing on our behalf

Redemption codes can each be used once and can't be undone once redeemed. Unused codes must be redeemed before they expire

Please use Pavumo for personal, non-commercial companionship and productivity purposes only

Don't decompile or reverse-engineer the app, and don't use cheats, scripts, or other means to bypass payment or abuse the system

Don't use Pavumo for anything that breaks the law or infringes on someone else's rights

The Pavumo software, character art, and other content are our intellectual property. Buying a character grants a license to use it — it doesn't transfer any intellectual property to you

We may add, change, or retire features, and may pause the service for maintenance or reasons outside our control

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that we find is being abused, used fraudulently, or in violation of these terms

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable but aren't liable without limit for interruptions or data loss caused by network issues, device problems, or third-party services

We may update these terms as Pavumo evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes
